Our chefs are always up for a challenge! Our dishes are normally prepared with individual spices to match the description of the dish.
However, the dishes can be modified to suit your taste - mild to medium dishes can be made spicier and spicy dishes can be reduced to medium.
Our chefs work as a team and between them they are very experienced in the culinary arts. If there is a dish you like and it isn't on our menu, they will be very happy to prepare it for you.
